Assembly 303   Continuous Footings with Piers

Situation and Assumptions:

This assembly will takeoff continuous footings with intermittent pier footings.   All quantity calculations of the footings and piers occur separately.  The forming, keyway, waterstop, and rebar will be taken off for both structures.   Indicate the concrete psi and the method of concrete placement.  Review the variable windows carefully for the options available.  The forming and keyway are taken off automatically for the dimensions.  For waterstop, input the proper waterstop code.  Review the variable window for options.  Answer YES to Takeoff Rebar? if you wish to takeoff rebar with the concrete.  Additional rebar variables will appear.   Rebar is available from #3 to #14 bar.  For earthwork, answer YES at the Takeoff Earthwork? question.  The earthwork variables will prompt the user for the additional information required.  For backfill calculations, a wall 1 foot thick is assumed for the excavation depth minus the footing height.  Review the variable notes carefully for the excavation methods and backfill material.

Note: Piers & Footing calculated separately
