This database numbering structure has been constructed so
that any additional piping specifications desired can be added easily. Other sections will
be available for purchase. A list of these additional sections will be made available
soon.
This database has been designed from the start to be
modular so that sections may be added, deleted, or modified per the requirements of any
one company.
The Carbon Steel specifications include pipe, all
appropriate fittings, and flanges up to 60" in diameter. |
The Stainless and
Chrome-Moly specifications include pipe, all appropriate fittings, and flanges to 24"
in diameter. All possible reduction fitting
combinations are available in the database.
All possible reduction fitting combinations are available
to be taken off in work packages and assemblies. This means if the detail is required for
an estimator to takeoff an 18X14 reduction tee, the work packages will support this level
of detail. This type of database logic in the work packages and assemblies is difficult to
setup, and is usually ignored by amateur database builders.
Common specifications of bolts and gaskets are included.
Several sections have been developed in a variety of ways
allowing for substitution of sections per unique requirements of each purchaser.
